Delete your account & data

The fastest way is right inside the app: Settings → Delete Account & Data → confirm. This permanently and immediately deletes your account and all associated data — no email needed.

Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open Battle Crunch Maths and sign in.
  2. Tap Settings (bottom right).
  3. Scroll to Account & Legal and tap Delete Account & Data.
  4. Confirm. Your account, profile, statistics, friends and uploaded images are permanently removed.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and email address.
  • Your profile, display name and avatar/wallpaper images.
  • Your statistics, friends list and match history.
  • All on-device data for the app (preferences, saved settings).

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Backups containing this data are purged within 30 days.

Can't open the app? Request deletion here

If you no longer have the app installed, submit your account email below (or email support@crosscloudpartners.com) and we'll delete everything within 30 days.

Note: Solo play does not require an account, so if you never created one there is no server data to delete — uninstalling the app removes the local data from your device.
